RTSSPBWIND: Direct Mount Tie Down Base
The RTSSPBWIND, wind tie down base, is typically used with the RTSWINDBRACE to address wind concerns and minimize roof penetrations.
Rooftop Support Systems custom fabricated seismic bases are manufactured out of solid steel and hot dip galvanized for superior weather resistance. Each base is equipped with four connection points for superior wind and seismic bracing and are designed for permanent installation. The upright component of the base is comprised of solid 1-3/4” round bar, which eliminates the possibility of leaking and eases the final flashing process.
